At Just a Moment..., we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
